We were trying to conceive since 12 yrs. Went through various treatments in & out of India. Fortunately got to know about Arham Garbh sadhana, and I b...egan my Sadhana with a trainer. I also was blessed to attend online AGS planning workshop by Gurudev Praveen Rishi ji in 2021 October, with his blessings and the sadhana, I conceived in April 2022. The sadhana has been a boon, presently carrying twins & the pregnancy journey so far has been great and mesmerising.

Ever since I am associated with Ashtamangal meditation, I have realized many changes in my life, such as peaceful sleep, balance in family and work, s...taying energetic all the time, etc. This meditation has helped me a lot in adverse situations, be it in the operation theater or any household work ,that too all at the same time.
I am a doctor by profession and I believe that every doctor must do this, as well as I have made it an aim to work on solving today`s common problem of all that is sleep, through Ashtamangal Meditation.
